I'm Kamil, a travel experience specialist with more than 45 countries explored. Through Atlantik Tours I design fully bespoke itineraries for couples, families and groups — looking after every detail, from accommodation and activities to the small touches that make a trip memorable. I also create thematic journeys inspired by the elements of nature, where each destination, activity and sensation is chosen to connect the traveller with something deeper. On Viajando con Kamil I share my adventures, discoveries and recommendations to inspire people who want to see the world differently. Whether I'm planning your next trip or travelling alongside your group, my goal is always the same: make the logistics invisible and the experience unforgettable.

You can sign up alone, as a couple or in any configuration — you don't need to come with a group. The departure has a maximum of 14 travellers in total, and that small size is a core part of the experience, not a secondary logistics detail.

The base price is in a shared double room with breakfast, in superior-category hotels (3 nights in Osaka, 3 in Tokyo and 4 in Kyoto). If you travel solo, you share a room with another traveller in the group; and if you prefer your own space, you can book a single room with a supplement. Just let us know when you request the dossier and we'll reflect it in your quote.

No. It's a themed trip with its own narrative, but it travels like any well-organised cultural trip. No special prior experience needed.

You need a reasonable level of fitness for walking, navigating train stations and keeping up with full sightseeing days. It's not a high-exertion trip.

The price covers international flights with 1 checked bag, accommodation in a shared double room with breakfast, the Japan Rail Pass and internal transport, 24/7 Spanish-speaking guide accompaniment, travel and cancellation insurance, and all programmed activities. Meals included are daily breakfasts plus 5 lunches and 1 dinner marked in the itinerary. The single supplement, non-specified meals and personal expenses are not included.

Daily breakfast is included, plus 5 lunches and 1 dinner marked in the itinerary, at hand-picked spots such as Kuromon Market, the lanes of Ninenzaka and Omoide Yokocho. The remaining lunches and dinners are intentionally left free, so you have room to explore Japanese food at your own pace.

English signage and announcements are widespread across transport and tourist areas. Throughout the trip Kamil handles communication where needed. The language barrier is smaller than most people expect.

Spring (March–May) and autumn (October–November) are the most sought-after seasons, with mild temperatures and spectacular scenery. Our departure is timed to make the most of these conditions.

The price depends on the dates, your departure city and current availability. We send the final amount, inclusions, deposit and payment schedule in writing before you book.

Yes. We offer financing plans of up to 12 monthly instalments. You don't need the full amount at the time of booking. You can indicate it in the request form or simply ask us and we'll explain the terms with no obligation.
